Julia Cummins

Julia Cummins serves as the Principal Learning and Development Specialist at the Asian Development Bank since September 2017, focusing on capacity building aligned with ADB's strategic objectives while fostering innovation and collaboration across the organization. Previously, as a Senior Leadership Development Specialist at the World Bank Group from November 2015 to August 2017, Julia enhanced performance and collaboration among teams globally. Julia's extensive consulting experience includes leadership roles at Nous Group, Rubus, Allied Domecq, and L.E.K. Consulting, providing strategic advice and developing learning and development initiatives. Julia holds a degree from Harvard Kennedy School and has a Master’s from Deakin University, along with a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Sydney.
