Ketevan (Keta) Chkheidze is an accomplished gender specialist with extensive experience in gender and development consulting across various regions, including South Asia and East Asia, at the Asian Development Bank since 2010. Kete's roles have included Gender Specialist, Gender and Development Staff Consultant, and international consultancy positions focused on public-private partnerships and private sector operations. Kete has also contributed as Lead Consultant at Moore abc and served as an invited lecturer at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University from 2014 to 2022. Previous experience includes consultancy roles with the United Nations Population Fund, UNIFEM/UN Women, and the Women’s Fund in Georgia, as well as research work with the European Stability Initiative and FAO. Kete holds an MBA from The University of Sheffield, a master's degree from Central European University, and a PhD from Tbilisi State University.
