Krishan Singh Rautela

Krishan Singh Rautela is a highly experienced professional with extensive expertise in natural resources, agriculture, and infrastructure projects, currently serving as a Natural Resources and Agriculture Specialist at the Asian Development Bank since January 2018. Previously, Krishan held roles at UNCTAD as an Economic Affairs Officer, and at the Uttarakhand PPP Cell as a PPP & MIS Expert. With a solid background in public-private partnerships, Krishan has contributed to significant project development and policy formulation in various sectors, including health and urban development. Additionally, Krishan has a rich history in the apparel industry, having co-founded and managed multiple buying agencies. Educational credentials include a Master’s in International Business Management from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade and a Bachelor's in Computer Science and Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
