Saud A Minam GAICD is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across diverse banking institutions. Currently serving as Senior Private Sector Specialist for the Asian Development Bank since September 2024, Saud previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Fiji Development Bank from July 2021 to September 2024. Prior to that, Saud was the CEO of ANZ Bank, overseeing operations in Fiji, and managed Commercial Banking for the Pacific region at ANZ Banking Corporation. Saud's career began with significant achievements in establishing and leading commercial banking teams in Indonesia and managing SME portfolios at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. Saud holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from NTSU and a high school diploma from Dehli School Karachi, Pakistan.
