Sunil Mascarenhas

Sunil Mascarenhas is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in supply chain finance and operations management. Currently serving as Principal Operations Coordination Specialist at the Asian Development Bank since May 2019, Sunil leads ADB’s Supply Chain Finance Program, focusing on product restructuring and risk framework implementation. Prior to ADB, Sunil held various roles at the International Finance Corporation, where responsibilities included technical advisory for supply chain finance initiatives in Asia. Sunil’s career at HSBC spanned over 12 years, during which key positions included Head of Governance, Internal Control and Quality Assurance, and Chief Operating Officer for Private Banking, along with leadership roles in risk management and supply chain finance. Sunil earned a Master's degree in Management Studies with a specialization in Finance from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies.
