Toru Kubo

Toru Kubo is the current Director of the Energy Division at the Asian Development Bank. Toru has been with the company since 2002 and in their current role since 2004. Prior to that, they were the Asian Business Manager and Policy Analyst for Trexler Climate and Energy Services from January 2002 to December 2004. Toru began their career as a Research Associate for the American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy from January 1999 to December 2002.
