Warren Evans

Warren Evans is a seasoned professional in the field of environment and climate change, currently serving as Climate Envoy and Special Senior Adviser on Climate Change in the Office of the President at the Asian Development Bank since September 2022. With a history at the Asian Development Bank dating back to September 2017 as a Special Project Facilitator, Warren also worked as an Independent Consultant focused on Environment, Climate Change, and Development from August 2013 to September 2017. Previously, Warren held the position of Director of Environment at the World Bank from July 2004 to March 2011. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Cleaner Production/Climate Change from Erasmus University Rotterdam, a Master of Science (MS) in Environmental/Environmental Health Engineering from The University of Kansas, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Environmental Biology from Kansas State University.
