Carl Chan

Carl is the Director of Claremont Development, an East Bay real estate company. In addition to his role as Board Chair of Asian Health Services, Mr. Chan is also known as the “mayor” of Oakland Chinatown due to his leadership in organizations like the Oakland Chinatown Chamber of Commerce and the Neighborhood Crime Prevention Council.
