Hollis Rabin, LMFT has been working in the field of behavioral health since 2012. Starting as a Research Assistant at the University of Makeni, they then went on to become a Community Health Development Agent for the Peace Corps in 2015. In 2017, they took on the role of Clinical Supervisor at Wediko Children's Services. In 2018, they became a Residential Dorm Manager at the Sonia Shankman Orthogenic School (The O-School). In 2020, they began working as a Psychotherapist In Private Practice at CORE - CENTER OF RELATIONAL EMPOWERMENT, PC. Most recently, in 2022, they became the Lead Behavioral Health Counselor at Asian Human Services, Inc.

Hollis Rabin, LMFT, obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Couples and Family Therapy from Adler University between 2011 and 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Theatre/Theater from Point Park University between 2002 and 2006. Additionally, they obtained a Positive Discipline Parent Educator certification in 2012, a Premarital Counselor certification in 2012, and a Non-violent Crisis Intervention, CPI certification from The Crisis Prevention Institute in July 2017.
