Jyoti Nigam

Jyoti Nigam is a Board Member at Asian Human Services. Jyoti has over 12 years of experience in shaping and driving strategy development, product development, process improvement, and digital transformation. Jyoti has a deep history of leveraging customer/market research, competitive/segmentation analysis, process design, business analytics, change management, and program management to drive business value. Jyoti also has agile development experience. Prior to their current role, Jyoti served as the Senior Director of Product Management for Digital Product Development at JLL, where they provided product leadership to three product teams from product strategy, roadmap, launch, user engagement to stakeholder management. Jyoti has also served as the Senior Vice President of Risk Management, Strategy and Execution at HSBC.

Jyoti Nigam has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Her undergraduate degree is in Computer Science from the University of Pune - Savitribai Phule Pune University. Jyoti has certifications from the Scrum Alliance as a Certified Scrum Product Owner and from the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional.
