Hany Nabil Mostafa is a seasoned finance and investment professional with extensive experience in infrastructure financing and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Investment Officer at the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) since November 2025, Hany previously held roles at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) as a Principal Banker focusing on infrastructure in Turkey, the Middle East, and Africa from March 2018 to November 2025. Hany's career also includes significant contributions as a Senior Finance Manager at Orascom Construction PLC, responsible for managing finances of concession-type projects, and as CFO of Orasqualia For Development, engaged in Egypt's first PPP water treatment project. Earlier experience includes finance management roles at Compass Group and ADNH-Compass. Hany holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Project Finance from Middlesex University, is an Associate Chartered Management Accountant, and possesses various certifications related to project finance and public-private partnerships, alongside a BA in Business Administration and Economics from The American University in Cairo.
