Zheng Li

Zheng (James) Li is a seasoned professional in IT risk management and cyber security, currently serving as the Head of IT Risk and Resilience & Cyber Security at the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank since September 2018. Prior experience includes leading Security and Risk Management in the APAC region at Electronic Arts, and holding senior roles in technology risk management at Standard Chartered Bank, Hydro One, and CIBC. Zheng also provided IT security consulting at Ryerson University and contributed to various risk management and security governance initiatives at prominent firms such as Goldman Sachs and Deloitte. With advanced degrees in computer science from the University of Regina and the University of Toronto, along with extensive expertise in cyber security, incident response, and regulatory compliance, Zheng brings a robust analytical and leadership skill set to the field.
