Hilal Ahamed

Hilal Ahamed is the current Regional Director & Medical Superintendent at Asian Institute of Medical Sciences. Hilal has over 20 years of experience in the medical field, having worked in various hospitals and research centers in India. Ahamed started their career as an intern at Sardar Patel Medical College in Bikaner, Rajasthan. Hilal then worked as a Jr. Resident at E.S.I Hospital in Raja Garden, Delhi, before becoming a Casualty Medical Officer at Sunder Lal Jain Hospital in Ashok Vihar. In 1998, they were appointed as the Director of Mahaveer Jain Hospital in Nangloi, Delhi. The following year, they joined Fortis Escorts Hospital And Research Center Ltd. as a Consultant in Emergency Medicine, where they worked for over 10 years. Ahamed has extensive experience in emergency medicine and has been instrumental in setting up and developing the emergency department at Asian Institute of Medical Sciences. Hilal is a highly respected figure in the medical community and is widely published in peer-reviewed journals.
