Loc Thai Nguyen

Loc Thai Nguyen is currently working as an Associate Professor at the Asian Institute of Technology since July 2014. Prior to this role, Loc served as an Assistant Professor at the same institution. Loc also has experience as a Researchers at the Lab of Biomedical Nanomaterials at the Institute of Materials Science (IMS), VAST from 2013 to 2014. Before joining AIT, Loc worked as a Lecturer at International University - VNU (HCM) from 2011 to 2013. Loc holds a PhD in Food Science and Technology from The Ohio State University, a Master's Degree in Food Engineering and Bioprocess Technology from Asian Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology from Can Tho University.
