Alan Parke is a skilled attorney with extensive experience in immigration law and legal research. Currently serving as a Staff Attorney at Asian Law Alliance since January 2019, Alan has held prior positions as an Associate at Yang and Associates LLP and a Law Clerk at Minami Tamaki. Alan's foundational legal experience includes volunteering as an Immigration Clinic Certified Law Student at the Katharine & George Alexander Community Law Center and interning at firms such as Bae, Kim & Lee LLC and Wright Finlay & Zak, LLP. Alan holds a Juris Doctor degree from Santa Clara University School of Law, complemented by a High Tech Law Certificate in Intellectual Property Specialization, and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology, Law, and Society from UC Irvine.
