Lily Shen currently serves as Chief of Staff and Managing Director of COVID-19 Response at the Asian & Pacific Islander American Health Forum, a position held since July 2020, following earlier roles as Managing Director and Program Manager within the same response team. Prior experience includes serving as Development Coordinator at Families Empowered from January 2019 to July 2020 and holding positions as Program Manager and Assistant Program Manager at Home & Hope between July 2017 and October 2018. Educational qualifications include a Master of International Affairs focused on Community Development and Leadership from Pennsylvania State University, a Study Abroad Program in various European subjects from the Accent Center, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of California, Davis.
