With a background in finance and a strong foundation in supply chain management, Shamiul has also worked as a Senior Executive in procurement at Godrej Consumer Products Limited and as a Commercial Executive at ACI Limited. Shamiul's educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Eastern University, a Master of Science in Geography from Jahangirnagar University, and a Bachelor of Science in Geography and Environment. Additionally, Shamiul is currently pursuing a MLS-SCM degree in Supply Chain from ITC SME Trade Academy.

Today Asian Paints Bangladesh Limited has come a long way from its humble beginnings, becoming the 2nd largest paint company in Bangladesh.
