Joseph Eapen

Joseph Eapen is an experienced professional with a strong background in supply chain management and business operations. Currently serving as the Associate Vice President and Region Head for the Middle East and Africa at Asian Paints since August 2007, Joseph oversees operations across several countries, including the UAE, Oman, Bahrain, Egypt, and Ethiopia, managing a workforce of over 1,300 employees and achieving significant sales turnover exceeding 200 million USD. Previous roles at Asian Paints include General Manager for GCC and Ethiopia, Chief Manager in Procurement and Logistics, as well as leading new product development initiatives. Joseph began their career at Bajaj Auto Ltd. as a Production Engineer and holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Mumbai and a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from COEP Technological University.
