Paritosh Pant

Paritosh Pant is a seasoned professional in brand management, currently serving as the Group Brand Manager (Senior) and Category Head for Soft Decor at Asian Paints since May 2015. With a strong background in category strategy and marketing, Paritosh has played a pivotal role in leading expansions in the Soft Decor business and previously managed the Home Decor category from 2020 to 2022. Paritosh began the journey at Asian Paints as a Management Trainee, quickly advancing to notable roles including Senior Area Manager for Retail Sales and Brand Manager. Prior experience includes a summer trainee position at Asian Paints, a role at Accenture focusing on consumer billing systems, and academic achievements such as being awarded the best research project at MAXI Fair 2015 and achieving national runner-up status at Circus Maximus. Paritosh holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from the University of Mumbai.
