Operations and Coordination Team

The Operations and Coordination Team at Asian Services in Action (ASIA) ensures the efficient delivery and quality of services to Asian American Pacific Islanders in Northeastern Ohio. This team manages operational workflows, oversees program implementation, coordinates across departments, and collects and analyzes data to ensure culturally and linguistically appropriate services meet community needs. They play a crucial role in aligning organizational efforts with the goal of eliminating disparities and promoting equal access to services.
