Richa Sang has a diverse work experience in the field of editing and teaching. Richa currently serves as the Chief Editor at AsiaOne Magazine, where they have been working since October 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as an Editor from March 2020 to September 2022, and as an Assistant Editor from July 2017 to March 2020. Before joining AsiaOne Magazine, Richa worked as an English Teacher at SBDAV Public School from July 2015 to May 2017, and as a TGT English at Sachdeva Public School from October 2013 to May 2014. Richa also worked as an Editor at Excel Books Pvt Ltd from July 2012 to October 2013, and as a Subject Matter Specialist at Steria India Ltd from May 2011 to June 2012. Additionally, they have served as a Sub Editor cum Proofreader at Competition Review Private Limited from February 2011 to May 2011, and as an Assistant Editor at Excel Books Private Limited from September 2010 to February 2011.
Richa Sang has a Master of Arts degree in English Literature from Jesus & Mary College, Delhi University, which they obtained from 2005 to 2007. In 2010, they completed a Publishing Course at National Book Trust, earning a certificate in Book Publishing. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2005, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in English Literature from Shivaji College, Delhi University. From 2010 to 2012, they enrolled at Indira Gandhi National Open University, where they studied for a Master of Arts in Psychology (Industrial/Organizational) with a focus on OB, HRD & OD.
