Carmen Yeo is an accomplished operations manager with extensive experience in the technology and service sectors. Currently serving as Operations Manager at AsiaPac Technology Pte Ltd since June 2023, Carmen previously worked at AIA as Manager of Service Management and held various roles at NTT, including Change Manager and Service Operations Manager, from August 2017 to November 2022. Additional experience includes managing service delivery at Hitachi Sunway Network Solutions and roles in service level management at CSC. Carmen began a career in the aviation industry as a flight attendant for Kuwait Airways from 2007 to 2015. Armed with an M.B.A. from Multimedia University and a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman, Carmen combines industry knowledge with strong management skills.
