Dr Joseph Leung

Dr Joseph LEUNG is a Lecturer and Programme Director at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, where they have been working since September 2009. They also serve as a Panelist at the Asian Domain Name Dispute Resolution Centre, an Honorary Adviser at UNWIRE.HK, and a Director of Corporate Development at AsiaPay. In addition, they have held various roles in mediation centers, universities, and corporations. Dr Joseph LEUNG holds a Doctoral Degree of Business Administration from the University of Newcastle, among other qualifications. They are currently pursuing a Master of Science in Cyber Security Management at The University of Law.
