Reza Fahimi

Reza Fahimi has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. In their current position as the Chief Technology Officer at Asiatech Co., they oversee the largest communication solutions provider in Iran, managing licenses and providing IT-based services. Prior to this, they were the CFO, Co-Founder, Shareholder, and Board Member at Arya Geo Data Harvesting (AGDH) INC., where they played a key role in accelerating project and team setups. Reza also co-founded BRgroup, serving as the CEO for five years and leading a team of over 200 employees. During this time, they successfully completed numerous projects for the Mobile Communication Company of Iran (MCI), including care projects, network optimization, radio roll-out, and core network relocation and modernization. Before joining BRgroup, Reza gained valuable experience at Nokia, where they held various positions such as Lead Services Business Manager, Care Program Manager, Care Technical Manager, and MVI Technical Manager. Reza demonstrated exceptional problem-solving and communication skills, managing technical projects and escalations, and providing consultation and support to improve network performance. Reza started their career at Siemens as a Service Engineer, specializing in IP transport broadband and OSS departments. Reza was responsible for installing, commissioning, and providing care support for various projects. Prior to Siemens, Reza worked at DDI Co. as Chief Technician and Network Designer, and at Sourena Rayaneh Co. as an Educational Manager and Instructor. Reza began their professional journey at Dimex Computer Co. as a Network Design and Implementation Executive. Throughout their career, Reza has showcased their expertise in telecommunications and technology, successfully leading teams and projects, and contributing to the growth and development of the organizations they have been associated with.

Reza Fahimi has an extensive education history that spans over several years. From 1994 to 2000, they attended Azad University (IAU) and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with a specialization in Software Engineering. After a break, they enrolled at the University of Tehran in 2019 and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from 2019 to 2020. Reza is currently pursuing a Doctor's Degree in Business Administration and Management (DBA) at the University of Tehran, with an expected completion date in 2023.

In addition to their formal education, Reza has also acquired various certifications. Reza obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in February 2011. Furthermore, they have a certification in 5G in Deep from MPT Academy, completed in February 2023. Reza also holds certifications in JNCIS-M (Specialist, M/T-series) from Juniper Networks and CCNA (640-801) from Cisco Networking Academy. Additionally, they have certifications in KT Kepner Trego IT Service Management (ITSM) from Kepner-Tregoe and Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) from Microsoft.
