Andrew Fleming

Andrew Fleming is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in investigations and regulatory compliance. Currently serving as a Senior Manager and Senior Lawyer at ASIC since April 2021, Andrew previously held key roles at UBS from June 2015 to April 2021 as Director of AMER and EMEA Group Investigations, focusing on whistleblowing and internal investigations across multiple business divisions. Prior to UBS, Andrew worked at the Financial Conduct Authority as Director of Regulatory Inquiries and Investigations Group, providing strategic advice on enforcement referrals from February 2011 to June 2015. Earlier legal experience includes a role as Legal Officer at the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions, where Andrew managed prosecutions for various Australian federal agencies. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of International Studies from the University of Adelaide, as well as a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from The College of Law in NSW.
