Benjamin Park

Benjamin Park is a Senior Lawyer at ASIC, having progressed through various legal roles since November 2019, including Executive Level positions. Prior to joining ASIC, Benjamin served as a Senior Legal Officer at The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (Qld) from January 2014 to November 2019, where responsibilities included legal and prosecutorial support. Earlier experience includes positions at QPILTCH - Self Representation Service as a Student Research Volunteer and as a Paralegal at DibbsBarker. Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Business / Bachelor of International Business, both from Griffith University.
