Heidi Egger

Heidi Egger is a seasoned professional in UX/UI and service design, currently serving as UX/UI Design Lead at ASIC since November 2025. Previously, Heidi created and led CX Service Design at SiteMinder from May 2019 to July 2025. A diverse career includes roles such as Product Design Lead at Spriggy and Senior Experience Designer for Commonwealth Bank, where contributions included the design of the chatbot Ceba and integration of Siri Shortcuts. Earlier experience with Marino Software involved leading product design for major apps, while positions at Kavaleer Productions and Sesame Workshop demonstrated expertise in app management and production. Heidi holds a Bachelor of Creative Arts from the University of Wollongong and has furthered education with an altMBA and participation in the Media Business School program.
