Ming Long Am

Ming Long AM serves as the Chair and Deputy Chair at CSIRO since May 2024, and holds multiple Non Executive Director roles at Telstra and IFM Investors since 2023 and 2022 respectively. Appointed as a Non Executive Director at QBE Insurance in 2019, Ming Long also chairs both the Audit and People & Remuneration Committees within the Auspac division. Additional governance roles include serving as a Non Executive Director and Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee at CEDA since 2019, and participation in various advisory and consultative committees, such as the Australian Accounting Standards Board and ASIC. An active leader in climate governance, Ming Long is a member of the AICD's Climate Governance Initiative Australia Advisory Council and serves as a Global Ambassador for BESydney. An educational background includes advanced studies at esteemed institutions such as the University of Cambridge and the University of Technology Sydney, as well as a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Sydney.
