Prudence Bosher

Prudence Bosher is a highly experienced legal professional with a focus on corporate and commercial law. Currently serving as a Senior Lawyer at ASIC since March 2013, Prudence has held various senior positions within the organization, including in the Chief Legal Office and Corporations Team, where responsibilities have included drafting regulatory guides, reviewing prospectuses, and overseeing applications for relief under the Corporations Act. Previous experience includes a Senior Associate role at DLA Piper specializing in mergers and acquisitions and equity capital markets, as well as significant contributions to ASIC in the Corporations Team, where Prudence drafted key regulatory guides and conducted investigations. Educational qualifications include a Masters of Law from UNSW and dual Bachelor's degrees in Laws and Commerce from the University of Sydney.
