Sarah Bower

Sarah Bower is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in regulatory enforcement and legal counsel. Currently serving as Senior Manager in the Office of Enforcement at ASIC since August 2019, Sarah previously held the position of Senior Specialist in Enforcement at the same organization. Prior to ASIC, Sarah was a Partner, Chief Legal Counsel, and Head of Regulatory for KPMG China from July 2009 to August 2019, and also worked as a Partner at KPMG from 2009 to August 2019. Earlier in Sarah's career, experience as a Senior Vice President at Lehman Brothers/Nomura from 2001 to 2009 contributed to a robust foundation in legal and regulatory matters. Sarah holds a Masters in Law from the University of Sydney and has completed various legal degrees from The Australian National University and the University of Technology Sydney.
