Simone Constant

Simone Constant is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in risk management and financial governance. Currently serving as a Commissioner at ASIC since November 2023, Simone previously held the position of Chief Risk Officer for Institutional Banking & Markets and Treasury at Commonwealth Bank from November 2020 to November 2023. Prior roles at NAB include Chief Risk Officer for both Corporate & Institutional Bank and Consumer Bank, along with a secondment as Deputy Secretary Lead for the Covid 19 Taskforce and Risk at the NSW Department of Education. At NSW Treasury, Simone was instrumental as Deputy Secretary, overseeing financial risk management and managing significant assets. Education includes a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Sydney.
