Thomas Baker

Thomas Baker is an economist currently working at ASIC, where they focus on inquiries related to the ASX. They previously held positions as a Senior Analyst and Analyst in Market Performance at the Australian Energy Regulator between 2022 and 2023. Thomas's professional experience also includes roles as an Economic Analyst at Small World Social in 2019, and as a Sustainable SME Development Specialist with the Global Green Growth Institute in 2020. They have a strong academic background with a Master’s in Development Economics from SOAS University of London, as well as a Graduate Diploma in Economics from the same institution. Additionally, Thomas has participated in community development projects through the Australian Indonesian Youth Exchange Programme, enhancing cultural collaboration and project management skills.
