Tom O’Shea

Tom O'Shea currently serves as the Regional Commissioner for Victoria and Senior Executive Leader for Compliance and Enforcement at ASIC since September 2023. Prior to this role, Tom O'Shea held various executive positions at the Fair Work Ombudsman from November 2008 to September 2023, including Executive Director of Corporate Services, where responsibilities included serving as Chief Risk Officer and Chief Security Officer, as well as overseeing Policy, Media, and Communications. Tom O'Shea's earlier career included multiple roles within the Government of Australia in the Employment and Workplace Relations portfolios from June 2001 to November 2008. Tom O'Shea earned a Bachelor of Business with a focus on Industrial Relations from RMIT University between 1998 and 2000.
