Ismael Peyón

Ismael Peyón is an experienced professional with a strong background in management and operations across various sectors. Currently serving as the General Manager at Asica Farms since September 2023, Ismael oversees the cultivation, packaging, and distribution of Peruvian fruits on a global scale. Previously, Ismael held several key positions at ETNA, including Director, Chief Operating Officer, Operations Manager, and Foreign Trade Manager, showcasing expertise in supply chain management, production, and exportation. Ismael also served as CEO of Perusa, a subsidiary of Santa Natura, where responsibilities included professionalizing and internationalizing the brand. Education includes advanced programs at prestigious institutions such as Kellogg Executive Education and IESE Business School, along with degrees in management and supply chain from various Peruvian universities.
