Charles Carpenter is an experienced engineer specializing in ASIC physical design and methodology. Currently serving as a Senior Physical Design Engineer at ASIC North since November 2021, Charles has previously held key positions as Staff Engineer at Marvell Semiconductor and Senior Member of Technical Staff at GLOBALFOUNDRIES, where responsibilities included team leadership and development of design methodologies for ASIC chips. Charles founded and operated CPC Solutions, LLC as a software engineering business and served as CTO at SupplyTiger, where custom software solutions were developed for e-commerce. Charles holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and Mathematics from Penn State University.
