Senior Product Manager at ASICS Digital

Annette Lamb began their work experience at Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary in 2008, where they worked as a Senior Financial Analyst. In this role, they managed the department's budget process, generated financial projections and analyses, and assisted with decision-making.

In 2010, Lamb moved on to work at Digitas as a Marketing Associate/Project Manager. Here, they managed digital marketing programs for clients in the consumer packaged goods industry, such as Procter & Gamble's Tide detergent. Annette was responsible for defining and executing scopes of work, budgets, and project timelines.

In 2014, Lamb worked as an Industrial Design Intern at Second Sight Medical Products, where they gained experience in user-centered research and optimizing medical products based on human factors and usability. Annette also identified opportunities for operational improvements through workflow analysis.

From 2015 to 2019, Lamb worked at athenahealth as a Product Manager. In this role, they led product development and strategy in the Research & Development team. Annette conducted interviews and observations, identified business opportunities, developed and tested experiments and prototypes, and partnered with analytics for data-driven decision-making.

Most recently, Lamb joined ASICS Digital in 2019 as a Senior Product Manager. In this position, they lead product discovery and roadmap planning for the Customer Experience and Data portfolio. Annette collaborates with cross-functional teams to uncover customer opportunities and define and prioritize new products and features. Lamb also acts as a consultant to global business stakeholders, translating their needs into data-driven digital strategies.

Annette Lamb completed their education from 2012 to 2015 at ArtCenter College of Design, where they earned a Master of Science (M.S.) in Industrial Design with a focus on Strategic Innovation and Design Management. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2007, they attended Georgetown University, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Annette'smajor at Georgetown was Japanese, with a minor in Art. In 2006, Annette Lamb participated in a semester abroad program at Sophia University in Tokyo, Japan. Additionally, they have also taken courses in product management at the Product Institute.
