Alice Henly Mitchell has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Alice started their career as a Marketing Research Consultant at the Environment Protection Authority Victoria (EPA) in 2008. Alice then worked as a Content Producer at the Yale Climate & Energy Institute in 2009. Following that, they joined Yale Sustainability as a Marketing Specialist, where they founded the "Bulldog Sustainability" initiative and brand. Alice executed market research, campaign strategy, content creation, and digital marketing during their time there.

In 2010, Alice became a Consultant at the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC), specializing in brand marketing, digital marketing, operations, supply chain, social impact, and sustainable business. Alice worked closely with clients in the sports industry such as MLB, NBA, NHL, USTA, and MLS, and was involved in major events like the US Open, NBA All Stars, MLB World Series, and MLS Championship Cup. Alice continued their work at NRDC as a Senior Consultant from 2012 to 2014, focusing on marketing and operations consulting for sports brands, with a specialization in sustainability.

From 2014 to 2015, Alice served as the Founding Director of Program Management at the Green Sports Alliance. In 2015, they enrolled in the full-time, two-year MBA program at the Wharton School, where they pursued a concentration in General Management, Marketing, and Operations. During their time at Wharton, Alice also became a Board Member for Wharton's Initiative for Global Environmental Leadership.

After completing their MBA, Alice joined DuPont in 2016 as a Product Marketing specialist in Biomaterials/Sustainable Tech. Alice'stime at DuPont was short-lived, and they transitioned to ASICS Digital in 2017. At ASICS Digital, Alice held the position of Director, Omnichannel Product. Alice was responsible for developing ASICS' global omnichannel strategy and founding team, as well as leading global digital product development and marketing execution for omnichannel commerce services across all ASICS Group brands.

In 2019, Alice moved to a new role within ASICS Corporation as the Senior Director of Global Digital Marketing & Loyalty. Alice held this position until June 2021, when they were promoted to the role of VP/GM, Global Category & Digital Marketing. Currently, Alice continues to hold this position at ASICS Corporation.

Alice Henly Mitchell holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from The Wharton School, which they obtained between 2015 and 2017. Alice'sarea of focus during their studies was in Marketing & Operations as well as General Management. Prior to their graduate studies, Alice earned their Bachelor of Arts degree from Yale University, although the specific years of their undergraduate education are not provided. Alice'smajor at Yale was Political Science, with an interdisciplinary concentration in Environmental Policy. In addition to their formal education, Alice has obtained several certifications. These include the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance, obtained in October 2019. Alice is also a LEED Accredited Professional (O+M), having received this certification from the Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI) in March 2014. Furthermore, Alice has achieved the Greenhouse Gas Protocol Corporate Accounting and Reporting Standards (Scopes 1, 2 & 3) certification through the World Resources Institute in January 2013.
