Daisuke Arakawa

Daisuke Arakawa is a seasoned design professional with a diverse background in various sectors. Currently serving as the Global Colorist of Core Performance Sports Footwear at ASICS Corporation since September 2018, Daisuke leads color creation and graphic design for global performance categories, including volleyball, indoor sports, handball, and track and field. Prior to ASICS, Daisuke held the position of Head of Design at BBDO Japan from June 2015 to August 2018, overseeing projects for prominent clients such as Starbucks, Johnson & Johnson, and Emirates Airline. Daisuke's experience also includes roles as Art Director at Proximity Japan and Interior Designer at VELVETA Design. A graduate of Nihon University College of Art, Daisuke possesses a strong foundation in design principles and practices.
