Jon Guevara currently serves as the Director of Operations at Beat the Streets National since March 2022 and has also taken on the role of Operations and Development Manager there. Additionally, Jon is a Sound Mind, Sound Body™ Ambassador for ASICS Corporation as of January 2024. Previous positions include a Stocking and Unloading Associate at Walmart, a Warehouse Associate at Amazon, and an Impact and Evaluation Coordinator with Philadelphia Youth Basketball. Jon's experience in research includes roles such as Research Assistant, Research Fellow, and Research Intern at Research for Action, as well as a Nonresponse Followup Enumerator at the U.S. Census Bureau. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Pennsylvania, participation in a High School/College Dual Enrollment Program at La Salle University, and a High School Diploma from Central High School.
