Ian Zhong

Ian Zhong began their career in 1994 as a Sales Engineer of Factory Automation Products at Chongqing Electronic Appliance Co., Ltd. Ian then moved to Schlumberger in 1998 as a Production Engineer and TQM Coordinator. In 2000, they joined ZTE as a Quality Engineer and Six Sigma Black Belt. In 2008, they moved to SGL Group as an Operations Manager and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. In 2015, they were hired as a Senior Program Manager at Medtronic, and in 2020 they became a PM Director at YAO Pharmaceutical.

Ian Zhong completed their Bachelor's degree in Electronic Measurement and Instrument from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China between 1990 and 1994. Ian then went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Global Management from KEDGE Business School (Antai-Euromed Management Shanghai Programme) between 2013 and 2015. Ian also holds certifications such as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certificate from ZTE & Process-wise consulting, a PMP certificate from PMI, and a Quality Engineer Certification from AQSIQC.
