Michael Yang

Michael Yang has a wealth of work experience, beginning with KPMG in 2006, where they held the role of Manager. In 2014, they joined Huawei, where they served as BU Compliance Officer, AD, BU Compliance Officer, and Senior Compliance Manager, Monitoring. In 2018, they moved to Sino Group, where they were the Deputy General Manager of Finance. Most recently, in 2020, they became the Finance Director at Asieris Pharmaceuticals.

Michael Yang earned a Master's degree in MBA from Shanghai Jiao Tong University between 2015 and 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Fudan University between 2001 and 2005. Michael also holds certifications from the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants, GARP FRM Program, and CFA Institute.
