Mostly in a team
Qualities I value in my colleagues
Grit, ability to take feedback, and understanding the "we" in working as a team.
My communication style
I value open conversations and honesty towards the same goals. However, honesty is not the same thing as being rude and I believe that you can be straightforward while remaining polite.
