Ahmad Aabed

Ahmad Aabed has a diverse range of work experience. Ahmad is currently working as a Solution Engineer at ASIMILY since March 2022.

Prior to that, Ahmad worked at Mouwasat Medical Services from February 2018 to February 2022. Ahmad started as a Network Administrator where their responsibilities included network support, both at the physical layer and the Layer 2 level. Ahmad was then promoted to the role of Corporate Systems & Network Lead, where they managed various advanced technologies and projects related to networking and security. Ahmad also collaborated with the KSA National Cybersecurity Agency to strengthen the network and systems security.

Before joining Mouwasat Medical Services, Ahmad worked at Al-Majdouie Group as a Network Support specialist from March 2012 to July 2012. In this role, they provided network support and troubleshooting, configured Cisco routers and switches, handled IP telephony, and maintained a well-organized communication infrastructure.

Ahmad also gained some initial work experience as a Trainee at Arabian Gulf University in May and June 2011.

Overall, Ahmad Aabed has a strong background in network support, systems administration, and cybersecurity.

Ahmad Aabed completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Informatics from AMA University from 2007 to 2011. Later, they pursued an MSc degree in Computer Security from the University of Liverpool between 2012 and 2015.
