Leonardo Fraile is a technology manager with extensive experience in systems administration and process optimization, currently serving as Gerente de Tecnología at Asincro Group since October 2017, overseeing various technological tools for project enhancement. Previously, Leonardo held several roles at Linio from 2013 to 2017, including Gerente de Operaciones, where responsibilities included improving procurement, logistics, and customer service processes. Additionally, Leonardo has a background in business intelligence analysis and logistics, having developed strategies based on data insights. Prior to Linio, Leonardo acquired software development experience through internships at Donde Aprendo and Directa Group, and contributed to the organization of interuniversity computer science events. Education credentials include a degree in Computer Engineering from UCAB and advanced training in project management and design from Universidad Interamericana de Panamá.
