Tharanga Dayananda is an experienced business management professional with a strong background in human resources and academia. Currently serving as a Visiting Lecturer at ICBT Campus since January 2022 and as a Human Resources Manager at Asiri Health since November 2018, Tharanga has previously held positions such as Manager Operations & HR at Hemas Southern Hospital and Assistant Manager HR at Hemas Southern Hospital. Additionally, Tharanga worked as a Visiting Lecturer at the American College of Higher Education from September 2008 to September 2013. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Open University of Sri Lanka and a Bachelor's Degree from Delhi University. Tharanga's foundational education was completed at Devi Balika Vidyalaya, Colombo.
