Gonzalo Aguilar Messa

Gonzalo Aguilar Messa has a diverse work experience with a focus on roles related to technology and consulting. Gonzalo currently works at ASISA as the Director of BI, Data, and Fast IT, overseeing the migration of on-premise systems to the cloud. Gonzalo also led the Business Intelligence & Analytics department, expanding the team from 4 to 15 members. Prior to ASISA, they worked at Plain Concepts as a Delivery Lead, managing project lifecycles and implementing agile methodologies. Gonzalo also served as a Cloud Solutions Consultant and DevOps Engineer, working on solution design and supporting development teams. Before that, they worked at atmira Espacio de Consultoria as an Analyst/Architect, specializing in cloud migration and organizing internal training. Gonzalo's early career includes roles as a Consultant at Capgemini, where they worked on software development and maintenance projects for Santalucia and Banco Santander. Gonzalo also has previous experience as a private tutor.

Gonzalo Aguilar Messa has a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Universidad de Oviedo, obtained in 2011. Gonzalo also completed a Master's thesis in Wireless Communications and Electrical Engineering at the University of South Florida in 2012. In 2017-2018, they pursued a Master's degree in Data Science at KSchool. Furthermore, in 2020-2021, they completed the Programa ThePowerMBA, specializing in Business Administration and Management at thePower.
