Yulia Fedotova

Yulia Fedotova has extensive experience in procurement and customer relations, currently serving as a Customer Relations Officer at ASISA since May 2017. Previously, Yulia held various leadership roles, including Head of Vendor Management at Zurich Insurance, Procurement Head at KBC Consumer Finance, and Head of Procurement Department at Renaissance Capital. Yulia began her career at RUSAL as a Senior Procurement Specialist and also worked as a Customer Service Representative at Alcoa and a Marketing Procurement Specialist at Microsoft. Yulia holds an MBA in Marketing from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a Ph.D. in Russian linguistics from Lomonosov Moscow State University.
