Johan C. Haveland has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Johan C. is currently the CEO and founder of Asistobe AS, where they develop long-term plans for optimizing and redesigning public transportation networks using Big Data and AI algorithms. Prior to this, Johan served as the Director of Passenger Transportation at Bybanen AS, implementing best practices for operational quality and cost reduction in the light rail system in Bergen, Norway.

Before their role at Bybanen AS, Johan worked as a Managing Consultant at Karabin AS, where they managed projects and budgets for the extension and relocation of Bergen Light Rail. Johan C. also established a governance concept for the company to enhance its role as a commercially driven public transport authority.

Johan's experience includes serving as the Commercial Director at Gexcon AS, a fire and explosion safety consultancy, where they integrated business plans and led a team of risk consultants. Johan C. also worked as a Senior Advisor at Inventura AS, formulating strategies and business plans for procurement and commissioning services.

Earlier in their career, Johan was the CEO of Mercator Kart AS, where they managed budgets and provided financial assistance to clients. Johan C. has also held roles such as Chairman of the Board at Occupational Hygiene Solutions ltd, CEO at Bergen Teknologioverføring AS, and Sales Manager at it's learning AS.

Johan C. Haveland earned a Master of Science degree in Naval Architecture/Economics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) between 1987 and 1993.
