Adriaan Belonje

Adriaan Belonje is an experienced leader in the HR services industry, currently serving as CEO of Asito since April 2024, managing a workforce of 9,000 employees across local branches in the Netherlands. Prior to this role, Adriaan enjoyed a career sabbatical from July 2023 to March 2024. From January 2021 to June 2023, Adriaan held the position of CEO at The Adecco Group in the Netherlands, contributing to one of the world's largest HR service providers operating in 60 countries. Adriaan was also CEO of RGF Staffing the Netherlands from January 2019 to December 2020 and held multiple leadership positions at Start People, including General Director and Regional Manager. Adriaan's extensive background includes roles at Technicum Engineering, Receptel, and DOORZAAM, showcasing a strong commitment to enhancing flexible labor solutions and strategic partnerships in human resources.
