Balodi Sanjay currently serves as AVP - Procurement at ASK Automotive Limited since June 2025, where initiatives for cost efficiency and automation in procurement operations have been spearheaded, alongside collaboration with cross-functional teams for streamlined processes across India. Prior to this role, Balodi was the Business Head for Transformation and New Business Vertical at Vishwas Industrial Autotech Private Limited for a brief period in 2025. Balodi's extensive experience includes a long tenure at Hero MotoCorp from January 1997 to May 2025, where positions included Head of MRO & Consumables-Opex/Capex Procurement, Head of MRO (DGM), and Assistant General Manager, focusing on administrative, consumables, and MRO purchases. Academic qualifications comprise an Executive Management Programme from the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode, a Certificate Programme in Transformational Leadership from XLRI Jamshedpur, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
